The finder uses custody type, state, and county only to route the user to the responsible public system. Personal identifiers are entered only after the user leaves this site and opens the official agency website.
Contact-form information
When a user submits the contact form, the site receives the name, reply email address, message, and basic anti-spam validation data. Messages are used to respond, review corrections, maintain security, and document material source changes. The private recipient email is not displayed publicly.
Technical and security logs
Hosting, firewall, mail, and security systems may process standard records such as IP address, browser type, timestamp, requested URL, referrer, response status, and error information. The site avoids placing inmate names or personal search identifiers in URLs, analytics events, or advertising requests.

Advertising and analytics
The publisher may use Google AdSense and Google Analytics after account approval and consent configuration. Ads and analytics are not allowed on finder results, error pages, contact confirmations, operational screens, or utility pages that are not part of the managed content sitemap. A Google-certified consent management platform will be required before personalized Google ads are served where Google policy requires it.
Privacy rights and choices
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of information submitted through the contact form and may submit applicable privacy requests through the privacy choices page. The site does not sell inmate-search identifiers and does not offer personal inmate profiles.

Official federal, state, county, jail, sheriff, corrections, VINE, or contracted portal websites have their own privacy and cookie practices. Their policies apply after the user follows an external link.
