Corrections are reviewed against the responsible official source and applied when a material error is confirmed.
Priority corrections
Broken official locators, wrong agencies, changed custody coverage, unsafe redirect destinations, and incorrect contact details receive priority.
What we do not change automatically
User-submitted statements are not published without source review, and private personal information is not added to public pages.
Correction workflow
- Record the affected page and reported issue.
- Identify the responsible official source.
- Compare the public method, coverage, fields, contact details, and limitations.
- Update the page, route data, source record, and internal links when the change is confirmed.
- Recheck canonical, robots, sitemap status, and the official outbound destination.
Indexing response
If a critical locator or agency relationship cannot be confirmed, the page may be temporarily changed to noindex,follow and removed from XML sitemaps while research continues. If two pages cover the same intent, the weaker URL may permanently redirect to the stronger page. A correction should not create a new URL merely to display a freshness date.
Transparency and limits
The site does not publish private correspondence or personal inmate details as evidence. Corrections apply to All County Arrests content only. Requests to alter an arrest, booking, sentence, charge, release, or agency record must be directed to the agency that controls that record.
